    Cleaning removable mats

Hello guys, I am sorry if I am using the wrong term, english is my second language...

How do you clean those removable plastic carpets designed to hold a lot of water?

I have tried 3 different products so far and they help a little but it's not coming out completelly clean.

Can you tell me what product you are using and what method you use to clean them please?

I am still waiting on 2 of my orders so I have not received my Meguiar's APC plus yet, I am hoping that will be a big improvement over the stuff I have at the moment.

Are you talking about weather tech's or something similar? If so, most of mine come clean with just a hose and a wipe down. I suppose soapy water and agitation would be needed for really dirty mats.

La methode generale pour nettoyer les tapis universel en caoutchou est d'utiliser du APC et une bonne brosse. Assure toi de ne jamais utiliser une protection parceque sa vas les mettres dangereusement glissant

    Re: Cleaning removable mats

Ok thanks guys. I will need to get a long bristled brush, what I have is useless for this.

Dr Pain: Ok merci. Je n'utilise aucun protectant sur les surfaces de contact tel que les tapis, les pédales et le volant.
