    Oil Spray over spray removal?

    Just got car oil sprayed.
There is overspray all over the windows and hood.
Most of the car is affected, the hood and windsheild were the worst.
Did ONR on whole car and only got some.
What would be next best step?

Maybe try an APC, Tarminator, or just an bug and tar remover.

Be careful on bumpers and painted plastic.

Did Optium APC and Optimum Detailer on hood and seemd ok, but next day it was a dust magnet.

Also did Windex on winsheild and 75% fix.

Was thinking mineral spirits or IPA 20 %?

I would suggest actually IPA or Eraser, or really any panel prep sprays you have. Or if you have a window cleansing polish of some kind like M37 Glass Restoring Polish. Any of those should work, I'm assuming you mean rust-proofing oil spray and I know that I've gotten that off with Eraser before on my friends car.

    Used the Xenit.

    Worked perfectly.

Followed up with Detailer and good to go.

    Thanks.
