White stuff around exterior emblems
This is going to sound very amateur (but I'll admit thats all I am with this stuff) but what is that white stuff around and inside of exterior emblems? And when do you guys address it: before or after the wash up? What methods/procedures/chemicals/tools does everyone use to take care of the issue?
Thanks guys!

Re: White stuff around exterior emblems
Without seeing any pictures, I'd guess it's wax/sealant residue. A good method that usually works for me is spraying it with an APC then agitating it with my lil boars hair brush, then blasting it away with my steam cleaner. Before I got my steamer, I would just rinse it with a hose or PW on low setting. I remove the emblems (except mnfr) from all my vehicles for this reason and also because I think it looks much cleaner.

Typically wax or polish\compound. I use some Meguiar's APC and a boar hair's brush\Q-Tips.
