2011 black lexus is 250
I picked up a nice, used, one owner is250 and there are some minor swirls and holograms around the the vehicle. I was just wondering what would be the best combo of polish and pad to use with my PC to correct the paint. Also, what good interior cleaner for the leather and headliner. Any info or help would be greatly appreciated!

Start with a test spot with M205 and LC orange pad. If that doesn't work, try UC or M105 on the orange pad. Then finish out with M205.
You didn't mention what (if any) pads/products you already have, so I'm assuming you already have ^ those, or are able to buy them.

On a black Lexus I would start with a white pad and finishing glaze since that is what you had. Better to start not aggressive enough and step it up from there than to start too aggressive and risk marring the paint.

Congrats on picking up a very nice car. I have a 2001 IS300 and I love it and it has over 200,000miles.
To answer you question, it sounds like you have what you need. I don't know the LC pads, but let's just be generic here and say start with the light polish pad and the Wolfgang Swirl Remover if you have it.
Wolfgang Total Swirl Remover 3.0, car polish, polishing compound
If that does not get you the results, you can go to a more aggressive pad and stick with the SR or go up to the compound if you have it.
Wolfgang Uber Compound, car polish, polishing compound
You say it has minor swirls and holograms which leads me to believe that the first combo I mention will give you outstanding results. For added affect, go to the lightest pad and polish you have and go over the hood, top and front fenders with it after removing the swirls to really get the areas to pop, then be sure to seal them off which a good wax or sealant.
Wolfgang Finishing Glaze 3.0, Wolfgang finishing polish, polising glaze, machine glaze

^This... Lexus Obsidian Black is quite soft. You'll be surprised at the amount of correction you can get with a polishing pad and finishing polish with proper technique. If you go too aggressive you will leave yourself with a bunch of marring and you'll just be making the job harder than it needs to be

For the leather either Leatherique or Swissvax products.
