Re: Meguiars 26
I'm also a fan of this product line. I use the Mirror Glaze line and can't be happier. M205, Show Car Glaze and finish with M26. Looks FANTASTIC on my Corvette. Deep, water look and the M205 is perfect as a light swirl remover.fine polish for flawless paint. I've thought about using others much higher in price, to me they don't stand up to the finish I get with Meguires. And the price, great product and recommend it to others.

these are the results of #26 on 15 year old single stage paint, paint was treated with m7 and m80 before waxing

Re: Meguiars 26
I don't use this wax for longevity, but for bringing out the flakes on my silver paint, nothing else I've used can compare. After I'm all done and I step back to take a look at the results I'm always rather stunned. I just don't expect to get those results from a lower priced wax. Just don't expect it to last long on a daily driver. Two weeks looking good at the most.

imo this wax is for the single stage guys as it is so oily

I’ve heard a lot of good reviews on Meguiars but I’ve been using Menzerna’s Ceramiclear polishes and wax and all I can say is I’m quite pleased with the results.

Re: Meguiars 26
while I always try other waxes nothing is quite like Megs #26. easy on and off and gives a very warm look, the paint has a luxurious feel to it after applying, lasts about a month. great beading!

Re: Meguiars 26
Never liked it. It does look ok but durability is terrible. I agree with the guys that say it's so easy to use and I just reapply. Problem is if it's on customers vehicle. Customers expect a wax to last longer in most detailing scenarios. I have personally found waxes to look better and last much longer in the same price range. Of course it's just my opinion and use what makes you happy....

I use it as well and I've found the durability to be good. Not 3-4 weeks as some stated but in the 2-3 month range. Different environment could be why.
