Waxing wait time
Yesterday, I completely detailed my own car and finished drying it when I heard thunder. So, not having room in my garages, I put on the car cover.
My question is if I covered the car with a clean and quality car cover, can I just remove the cover and wax it? I don't want to put swirls in it.
My first guess is that I should probably start over.

Re: Waxing wait time
Walk around with a quick detailer just to make sure everything is fine.
In theory you should be good to go, but get a swirl finder flashlight and inspect the paint just to be sure..
I'm rebuilding my garage from scratch and have some cars under covers now, boy I cringe just thinking about it... I don't trust covers.

I appreciate the response. I think I will take your advice and just take a look at it and use the spray detail and then sealer and wax.
Thanks again!
