Most ergonomic spray bottle trigger sprayer
What is everyone's opinion on the most ergonomic trigger spray for quart spray bottles? I like the generic Tolco sprayers for their durability, but my goodness detailing all day with those takes a toll on the hands.

Sounds like you need to try out a pump sprayer. I like the Kwazar 1.5L

Re: Most ergonomic spray bottle trigger sprayer
I had bad luck with some Zep sprayers last spring and returned them
I didn’t notice when I bought them that the sprayer was completely different than some older Zep bottles I had in storage
The new ones had horrible spray patterns
I wish I could locate Tolco gray sprayers locally but haven’t yet
Coincidentally I happened to pick these up yesterday for some high PH APCs I am going to try as road film pretreat
The neck of the sprayer and the bottle attachment are different than their standard sprayers
Supposedly bleach proof so I hope that means maybe longer lasting with other harsh chemicals
Fingers crossed

Re: Most ergonomic spray bottle trigger sprayer
I used the 2 new Zep Bleach Resistant sprayers quite a bit yesterday and I can’t speak about longevity or chemical resistance but as far as just using them I am quite pleased
The nozzles were adjustable from a very fine spray to just flooding product and the shorter and squatty bottle don’t tip over like the taller bottles
From left to right here is the old style Zep sprayer which have lasted a long time, the newer style which have been hit and miss for me as far as adjustability of the sprayer, and the newest “bleach resistant” sprayers

Re: Most ergonomic spray bottle trigger sprayer
The ergonomics of the trigger make ZERO difference to me, for me its the quality , spray patterns and most of all the longevity of the sprayer. And as of today, I have not found even one that lasts mare than a dozen or two uses for me. I refuse to flush the trigger assy. after every use. I dont believe that the diversity of my chemical uses are way out there either.

Absolutely on all the above
Many times my reclaimed sprayers from household cleaning supplies outlast dedicated "detailing" sprayers many times over

The reclaimed sprayers from chemicals that I have purchased in stores have done way better than new self proclaimed " chemical" sprayers

Re: Most ergonomic spray bottle trigger sprayer
I spent a leisurely 5 minutes the other evening peeling the label off a bottle of Griots interior detailing spray so I could repurpose it for P&S Express
I love that the label came off with no residue as long as I took my time
I had my Express in a tall Zep bottle and I hate 32oz bottles for interior stuff
I poured the last 8-10 oz of the Griots stuff down the sink so I could reuse the bottle
Not my cup of tea
