Not sure where to ask this. Paint related.
I was away for a few days we had a flood warning here in Reno about a week ago with snow and rain during that time I was away I don't have a garage so the fallout caught my car I can't seem to get these spots off I even tried 3:1 vinager nothing. Anyone have an idea how to get rid of these? I did clay bar and nothing as well.. https://i.imgsafe.org/eb189703a7.jpg

The spots are very isolated..could it be tree sap? Did you try a water spot remover for paint?
