Disagree. The stiffer orange foam will allow more pressure, therefore better cut. I've used them both and prefer the BnS MF pads for sure.

You guys are funny lol. I haven't tried the boss MF pads, but I have the B&S orange foam MF pads and love them. They're 3 years old and holding up great.

Definitely, the G21 is more effective on flat panels. However, it will stall on curve panels.
I decided to go for the G21 instead of the G15, because I already have a 3401 for those curve panels and a G110v2 with 3" backing plate for the small panels.
