How under powered is the GG3? If you had one for spoilers, mirrors, bumpers can you do paint corrections? I like the price of it and think I need a smaller machine than my GG6
People who have used the new thin LC pads on them say it makes it a very affective tool. When all that was available were the thicker pads there were a lot of complaints about the lack of power.
I tried one for the first time a few weeks ago. It had 3" BOSS pads on it and had no trouble correcting defects. It was on speed 6 and a bit loud though. I still prefer my G110v2/GG6 for 3" work

Yep, word on the street is the GG3 is not underpowered when used with 3" thin pads (LC Thin Pro or Boss). Less power than the GG6? Sure.
Keep in mind- there's a new Griot's 3" backing plate that's going to be available soon for the GG6. It's made specifically to balance well with the GG6, I believe.
