i am too if it's a good product. unfortunately, we've (the family) owned a whirlpool microwave that was a piece of junk and didn't last even two years before replacing it. also own a GE washer and dryer that are crap as well. the front electric module on the washer had to be replaced within a year and the dryer tumbler fin was defective as well. never again will i buy another product from either company. we've had good luck with LG and Samsung products which would be next on the list if the formention were to go bad again...

Eh, this topic always degrades into China vs italy/usa.
It's too bad, because the good info gets lost.
Interested to hear more info from the users of the Boss system!

the BOSS polishers were built from the ground up from with each component scrutinized and chosen. if you look at some of the reviews (chad/rasky) he saw the internals and mentioned they weren't cheap looking (cowbell for instance) compared to the rupes. it's tiresome to keep saying that they are rupes knock-offs when they only have the similiar/same throw in common. why doesn't anyone criticize any other pc-style DA that is not a porter cable as much then? chad/rasky. marc/marc08ex, bill/autoconcierge, will give you an honest opinion in which they have and said they are not knock-offs just to name a few. your money is your voice and you buy what you like on what you see about the product and company. it's good to have choices these days and there is no wrong one if you like their product. my hats off to GG and they keep climbing up the ladder and to quote what jeff brown said in a video, "we're just getting started, we got our foot on the gas"...

I hear you but..... Two Samsung refrigerators, 3 Samsung washers (one completely replaced under geek squad 3 years ago and it just had the whole basket replaced two months ago too, $650.00 covered under geek squad warranty) and two dishwashers (latest of which is sitting broken) also my Samsung dryer heating coil burnt out, I fixed it myself, I'll stay away from Samsung forever. My GE Microwave did blow up after six months, whole board went out. I've come to the conclusion that pretty much most appliances these days are junk. Bought an LG refrigerator, to my amazement it's made in Communist China

i'll tell you one thing, i'll stay clear from any whirlpool and GE product lol. i haven't really experienced anything with samsung (knock on wood), though i do like the LG phones (currently have a LG4) better than the samsung which i've had in the past. personal preference...

I find the machine to be more comfortable for me, I just like the fact that they give me options for the machine without voiding any warranty. I will be buying a 21 shortly. The fast correcting cream is as good as any compound out there including Jescar which I was in love with. And you gotta love no dust!
