3401 powers on and off at different angles
Hello all, I recently purchased a new flex 3401 and I'm already having issues with the power cutting on and off at different angles. The Flex is probably two months old and I've only used it for different times( complete car polishing). You have to see my youtube video to understand what I'm talking about.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYhf...e_gdata_player

I'm gonna guess there is a loose connection inside it. I'd send it back for repair if you don't feel comfortable opening it up. Probably a 15 minute fix.

Flex polishers have a 1-year warranty. Contact the place you purchased it from and they'll set you up with the information you need to get it fixed.

Nick, you want it to be fixed? I would rather get a replacement personally it seems like a lemon don't you agree? If I wanted a used or refurbished model I would have went to eBay. I know the Flex should not be having this issue within 2 months.

I would start by contacting the company you purchased the unit from. If you purchased it from us, give me a call and I'll make sure you're promptly taken care of. 1-800-869-3011 ext 215
