Mike and Nick's Excellent Flex Adventure! - Going to Germany!

Mike, I was wondering since you've spent some time in Germany if you there are any detailers that you recommend to apply Opti-Coat. I'm currently stationed in Kaiserslautern (a short drive from where you were at) and I no longer have the time or the facilities to detail properly. I need someone to Opti-coat my cars so I can do my job with the piece of mind knowing my cars are protected :)

Well I was in Germany but our time was so jamb packed with activities that I didn't have much of an opportunity to meet with many detailers. I did meet a couple of guys that post to DetailingWorld.co.uk where I also post to a question and answer section.

If you like I can start a thread on DW to help you find a qualified detailer but you could also do this. Discussion Forums are kind of self-policing in that if you start a thread requesting a qualified detailer to work for you other's will chime in with recommendations based upon known history of pro detailers.

When I was a teenager, I had a poster of a blond fraulein presenting 3 huge mugs of Lowenbrau in each hand. Maybe because it's been 30+ years since I've seen her, she pales in comparison to this beauty. This woman is fine.
 
When I was in Munich a long time ago (on company business), we ended up talking to our hosts about Oktoberfest. The ladies/women/girls who serve the beer during Oktoberfest are real professionsals. Many ONLY serve beer during Oktoberfest, they make enough during that month to live on for the whole year. Most also work out the rest of the year in order to have the upper body strength to be able to serve multiple steins of beer at one time. The greatest number that the best of them can serve at one time is 9, but most can normally serve 6 or 7. I don't know how they would carry 9, but that was what our hosts said.
