Here are the speeds for the Flex 3401. I wanted to know these right after I got my Flex back in November and had to search the internet to find them. Hope this will help.

Speed 1 160 rpm / 3200 opm
Speed 2 200 rpm / 4000 opm
Speed 3 270 rpm / 5400 opm
Speed 4 330 rpm / 6600 opm
Speed 5 400 rpm / 8000 opm
Speed 6 480 rpm / 9600 opm
