    That's what I do now.

Just curious why you guys wouldn't use the rotary for a final polish or very fine correction, it just doesn't make any sense to me. Just trying to get your reasoning behind this, not bashing at all.

because it sounds like that where the holograms come from...i have no idea. Im sure eventually i would but as of right not its the heavy compounding with the PC thats time consuming....

It really depends on the paint for me. I just like how easy the FLEX is to use, plus it virtually eliminates the chance for swirls. I will do a test panel to see which tool works best, but usually end up using the FLEX.

The paint on my TSX is kind of "sticky", and does not like to be finished off with a rotary, yet the FLEX works perfectly.

Don't get me wrong, I used only a rotary for my first 14-15 years and I love it, but now that I have my FLEX, I just like using it more. Time usually is not a factor for me either.

    Maybe I'm just getting old.

    Cheers,
    Rasky

    Time to Compounding

Can somebody here advise me on when is the time to compounding my car? I admit just polish itself doesnt give a reflections like mirror even its fully swirl free. I had used Meg M105 with my flex before but cannot get the reflections like glass if i'm using a rotary with M105
