FLEX XFE 7-12 3 and Rupes 75 >>> no force rotation ?!
I'm in the market for either of the two 3" polishers.
It appears that none has forceD rotation, like 3401 .. meaning these may easily bog down as both are only dual action polishers.
I was wondering what is the consensus in reality for this issue, thanks.

I have the 75. Nice and it never stalls. I like the flex though, there's is a $75 difference. If $ isn't that big of a deal I'd go with the Flex. I just hate the long a$$ cord on the Rupes.

Smaller (3" and less) DAs are not as prone to stalling as their larger counterparts. Yes they can stall, but it is usually something that you can easily work around.

Was going to say the same thing earlier and got side tracked. Boils down to name and switch as well as long cord. I personally prefer the switch in the middle. Cord length again I can do without 15 extra feet.
