Detail Fest 2011

I am hoping all of you that can, get a chance to make it down. This is going to be a blast this year.
 
Will Ding Inc. be there this next year demonstrating their dent pulling skills? Were they pulling dents for free last year or charging for it?

They were charging a small fee. They spent almost an hour on my car and took out dings I had never noticed, they charged me $50.00, I gave them a $100.00 and feel like I got a bargain. They are husband and wife team that don't come any nicer. :dblthumb2:
 
HMMMM something to think about, the wife and I were already planning on being in Ft. Lauderdale visiting some friends a few days before and after that weekend.
 
Going to bump this as I am getting requests for what the dates are for 2011 Detail Fest!

Yes Naples is only about three hours from us so come join us! It's really a great time!
 
And the first thing I did was check my spring break schedule...
March 14-19....
BUT WAIT!!! No classes on Friday. Allows for good driving time. And only class second half of the semester on Monday. When do those classes start?
March 21.....
I have nothing to look forward to now....
 
I'm getting excited already. Meghan, when will the details (on vendors) start flowing in? If I recall correctly is towards the end of January when we start hearing about them?

I've talked to Kevin from DingInc, he and Kari will be there demonstrating their craft. I've had comm with PJ at DODO, he will be there and maybe Dom also. Hmmm time to burn up some points at the local Marriott. Two nights for Detail Fest and two more for 101-2.

Soon as Christmas rush is over we will head full steam into the details of Detail Fest. We have been already securing a few special guests and vendors. No rest for the Geeks!

Kevin and Kari are wonderful people, we will be happy to see them again. Got word from PJ that he is working on a plan to cross the pond and join us for Detail Fest again.
 
Question for first timer considering going .... I would really like to get some class time on wet-sanding and rotary polishing, will there be the equivalent of the 101 & 102 classes during detail fest?
