Could you find out it this new model can be run off of a modified sine wave inverter or, with the new electronic control will it require a pure sine wave inverter.
Thanks,
Stephenson

Already! Cyclo clones with adjustable rpms have been sold in Sweden for over 4 years.

I have never regretted buying my Cyclo but I really wish that Cyclo would come out with a DA with a single polishing head.

Thread revival!
Mike, since you started this thread, I was wondering what your follow-up comments are. My new Cyclo is on it's way to me and I'd like to hear some tips and tricks, likes and dislikes ....
The two sided pads with the quick connect looks to be my first upgrade. As for ordering pads, the Cyclo colors are similar to CCS pads but not exactly the same. Do you have a guideline that uses certain color pads, most of the time? How about the two wool options? Are they worth using on most detail jobs or just an extra trinket?

Bump for Mike (now that the Oktoberfest/Flex trip is done).
My new Cyclo got a little workout this past week and I'm very pleased with the results. The ultra smooth operation is exactly what I was looking for. These almost 50 year old hands are happy with less vibration.
I'd still like to hear what some of your favorite pad recommendations are Mike. I experimented with the Surbuf pads this week and had great results. In the long run though I'm thinking the wool pads would be a better investment as the Surbuf's just don't last very long.
