Outstanding customer service
There was a mishap with some of my products last week either during packing or shipping. Regardless my issue was resolved quickly (within hours of calling, I had a delivery notification). Surprisingly no questions asked. I was compensated extremely well and just received my replacement goods.
This gives me confidence in purchasing from AG. I feel that they strive to resolve issues and are understanding.

Agreed AGO is the 400 pound gorilla in the auto care business and they are still the best! In customer service too!!

I must agree. Placed an order yesterday morning, then, of course, saw something else I had to have. Called the 800 number and spoke to Amanda, I believe. She took my additional order, placed it with the original order, and didn't charge any more shipping. She was real nice and helpful. Thanks AG.

I have to agree with everyone. PBMG has outstanding service!
Folks are knowledgeable, friendly and eager to sort out any issues and answer questions.
I had a UPS problem (damaged product) - AG Fixed that
I had an account issue - They were PRO active in fixing issue, I meant to call them, I got busy and forgot to call them, but they called me! Moreover, got me sorted out.
I also placed an order and forgot many items, they added the items to my order... No problems.
If only all transactions at "other" places I do business could be as good as PBMG! They're the best!
I'm thrilled with the service I've received from PBMG / AG / Pinnacle. People, products, service - all 100%!

Had an issue with an order I placed a week ago. Got the package today, opened it up and a bottle was missing. DOH! Called, talked to a gentleman, and within an hour, I had a new order emailed, and a tracking #. OUTSTANDING customer service. Very very pleased. +1 for AG! Thank you

Similar story...order that I received last week but didn't open until today had the wrong towel in it - one phone call, correct towel is on the way, and I can keep the one that they sent.
