    In one of my recent orders, they added one less Meguiars pad. I gave Ray a call and told him about it and I could feel he was upset on the call. He sent me back two and added a free gift along with my next order. Give them a call and they'll sort it out for you.

    Exactly.

    I got a bad pot of Souveran a couple years ago, I contacted customer service, emailed them a photo and had a brand new jar the next day. I'm pretty sure it was Ray too. But I didn't start a thread about it before I gave them the opportunity to correct it. I believe that's called putting the cart before the horse.

    Pet peeve of mine when people complain before even starting the customer service process. If CS let's you down, then review, discuss, and open for comments.

    The mark of a good company is how they respond to their own mistakes, not if they ever make mistakes.
