they dont care about the box. Just if there is stuff leaking out of it. I get lot of them 150. wax down the sh-ter. lol all they need to do at ag is put the stuff in a bag then in the box save lots of cash.

Have you considered emailing or calling in a formal complaint to UPS , perhaps your carrier is a little to ruff on packages. Should be easy for them to track the damage claims.

Why would I do that? The package never reached me. It's being returned to you (AG). Considering all the "damaged threads", if anyone should call UPS with a complaint it probably should be AG. Further, I don't choose the carrier, AG does.
