    Missing Products In Shipment

    Hello Autogeeks...first off thanks for the flex buffer and foam guns that i have recently purchsed. i used it today and was very impressed...but my partner and i have noticed that we were missing the 12 oz. Pinnacle XMT Polishing Foam Pad Cleaner and the 12 oz. Pinnacle XMT Polishing Foam Pad Conditioner and above that i had to wait two more days to get my products...i really love all the products and many helpfull tips... im hoping to get more products from yall only cause i live in hawaii...and most detail store's dont carry most of your products...since i dont have the two products can i contact a rep to get these in...

    We aim to please, and when we fail we dont do so lightly. (it digs at us tremendously) It is always best to contact Meghan or Dwayne or Jason for immediate repair. If you cannot get them, email me with order number, and I will always assist as possible.

    This is the one online store you really have no fear of getting shafted by. As you can see by others who responded to your post, Autogeek's cust. service is second to none and they're not happy if your not happy with your shipment. Like the others said, just call Megan or one of the other great people in customer service and your situation will be handled, end of story.
