If you use something like NoScript with FireFox it will not run unless you have given it permssion since it uses Javascript. If you click the right most symbol, it collapses to a fixed block called Tools so it is not bouncing around. This tool bar looks familar...8-)

We wanted to get some feedback and thought it was pretty cool. Based on your input, we pulled it down.

What didn't you like about it and were there any features that you did like about it?

I did not have a problem with any of the toolbar's features. It was the fact that the toolbar always sat on top of my screen and I could not completely turn it off. That is the part I did not care for.

Didn't really bother me with it being there. I would just like to be able to turn it on and off at my convenience.

I didn't care for how it popped up every time I clicked on a subject and I would have never used any of the features. Even collapsed it was still annoying.

Other than it doesnt really work for me is the only thing I can say so far. Dont know if its useful or annoying yet since its yet to work.

    Same for me.
I know I won't use that kind of feature ( I'm more "keep it simple" style ) so because of that...it's annoying.

I think it would be fine as long as there's an option in the UserCP or something of that sort that allows it to be turned on or off on a user selectable basis. That, and maybe the option to have it appear at the top of the page instead of the bottom if the user so chooses.
