Autogeek Really Dropping the Ball
Placed an order on March 22. Everything showed as in stock and ready to ship. Payed with the bank account linked to my PayPal acct, money transferred immediately.
Received a confirmation email - but no shipping email.
Logged into my account and the order does not appear as a current or pending order.
Autogeek does not post their phone number on their website. I found it on a website called ‘pissedconsumer.com’ - that’s not a good sign.
Called and was told that they were switching to a new warehouse and somehow, my order did not get forwarded to the new warehouse or entered as a pending order.
Still hasn’t shipped. Still doesn’t show in my account as a pending order.
“Right hand not know what left hand do.”
Now I’m wishing I would have used my VISA so I could at least reverse the charge.
I have dozens of past orders and purchased several expensive items like polishers over the years.
I’d hate for this to be the last order I place with Autogeek - but that’s how it’s looking.

Never had issue with cs correcting any orders that went sideways. Only needed them 2x in more than a decade. I know it is frustrating in days of fast shipping . Try to show some grace if possible. Good luck

I had the same problem. Order placed March 23rd. Zero tracking numbers, and their website doesn't work correctly. Shows that I have no orders.
I called twice and finally have two tracking numbers. Early next week supposedly.....

Order arrived today. Looks like the new fulfillment center is in TX - more centrally located.
Only complaint would be that it took 13 days. But everything is here safe and sound. Customer service was very nice and explained the issue of getting the new fulfillment center up and running. Once they can get the account page to show that you did in fact place the order and that they have it, that will help.

I’m guessing I’m not going to receive items from FL any more then. Gone are arrivals in three days then.
Treat it like it's the only one in the world.

I came in here to post the same thing. Their shipping is so slow. I place my order on 5/1 and still in transit.
I also place and order with Detailed Image and 5/1 and 5/2 and both of those have already arrived.
