Recently I placed an order with autogeek using their generous 25% off forum member discount. After a few days I was informed one of the items (optimum opti-lens) was not in stock and had no expected shipping date. Disappointing, but this day and age, one has come to expect this sort of stock issue.
No problem, there are other items. So I requested to change the opti-lens to the Dr Beasley headlight coating, as this seemed like a comparable product. I stated I understood there was a $5 difference in the items and agreed to be charged for the $5 extra.
I was told the order would need to be canceled and a new order placed including the different item.
I asked how I would receive the discount, as the code was good for 24hrs and had since expired. To which I was told I would need to call.
It was this point in time I decided to just cancel the order.
Autogeek..... I am required to spend way to much time on the phone on things I do not have an option for, which is the entire reason I shop online and have spent to date, $4972.86 with you. Please find a way to make simple changes to orders without me having to spend more time on the phone.
Thank you.
