redirect error
i noticed that when i try to go to the 101 forums through a Google search i will get redirected to a malware site the first time. it's going to filestore72 where it asks you to download some app. looking online it looks like the vbulletin software might have been hacked. anyone else noticing this?

Re: redirect error
I'm not seeing this. What page has the 101 link? Did you look at the page source?

Re: redirect error
Does the same thing when using a google search for Autogeek and clicking on an Autogeek link.

Re: redirect error
Try a different browser and if possible a different computer. If the problem can't be replicated then it's very likely something on that particular computer. You might try also clearing browser cache, cookies, and if you're computer savvy, your hosts file.

Re: redirect error
I’ve seen it in a couple different PC’s and both browsers on my phone.
This is what I see at times when I google for one of Mike’s write ups.

Shot in the dark here: did you try all of these from home where they would be getting internet connection through the same router/cable modem/gateway? For example, try turning off WiFi on your phone so that you force the phone to use cellular data.

Re: redirect error
Can you check the page source for the errant link? If it looks OK then your DNS might be messed up.
It may be your carrier's sniffers tracking your activity.

That's what I was getting at. Router or gateway DNS could have been altered.

That shot was from safari on my phone. I see it at home on firefox and at my work pc which still uses internet explorer. It's been showing up for a few weeks now.
