Know the feeling. When the box arrives it is like you're sent back in time to your childhood birthday, you open your prized present that you waited for and it is broken.

Glad to hear they called you. After trying to recover and play catch-up from being shut down due to the hurricane, I am not surprised there are some errors. Occasional errors in any industry are typical, what's NOT typical is how AG responds to their errors----they go above and beyond the call of duty to make it right. I've been ordering from them for eight years and have had a couple times the shipment got messed up. One call and they bent over backwards to correct it.

I'm happy to report that Stephanie / Autogeek immediately got the missing items shipped out today. I'm very happy with their customer service, it has upheld everything I've heard on here. Thanks again Autogeek
