You'll forever be remembered for coining that term.

I see no answers, nor input to my earlier questions?

Now, I can assume these paint preps will worl might fine on a crapbox vehicle that hasn't been waxed in 2 years, run through auto washes.

Or the vehicle that has been lavishly treated to wally world turtle wax-zymol, mothers, or any other products that last literal days.

Powerlock, WGDGPS 3.0, UPGP, Zaino, Klasse, Swisswax, etc etc, what about those?

Perhaps hard to answer questions, and forgive me if they have been asked, and answered before in this forum.

As for the Pinnacle Paint Cleansing Polish, and the DP Paint Coating Prep Polish, I'm curious as to what degree, and success can one expect to achieve with removal of "durable" Sealants, and/or Coatings?

I know this may be a quite difficult question to accurately answer due to the variability of "durability" of Paint Protection Products.

Will these Paint Prep Products completely remove the durable sealants of the likes of Menzerna Powerlock, WGDGPS 3.0, Duragloss, Klasse, the WOWAs made by the myriad of companies, not to mention other quite durable products such as from the Collinite line?

Will-can these paint cleansers-prep products be able to then remove their own respective Paint Coatings?

And of course there's others not mentioned, which have claimed that methods my abrasion only (Buffing-Polishing) with Polishes-Compounds would only be able to remove them?

I'm not a chemist engineer, so, I cannot honestly say whether a vehicle that has been previously coated, or sealed, will these prep products then still provide, and prep a surface for proper coating bonding?

    TIA, Mark
    Hi Mark

Surface Cleansing Polish is strong enough to remove waxes, sealants, etc. It can also remove oxidation. It will not remove STRONG coatings, for that you'd want to use an abrasive polish.

The difference between it and other non abrasive polishes is the fact that it leaves NOTHING behind, which is critical for a coating to properly bond.

This product can be used by hand to remove staining that occurs on a vehicle that's been coated.

Use on old or new vehicles. It will deep clean the paint while prepping it for a coating.

It will remove ALL WAXES AND SEALANTS - that's another major benefit of this product. It is very strong for what it is.
