I'm on board with a second warehouse location. UPS costs must be sky high to the west from Florida and its hard to recoup that cost with free shipping over $150.
Goodies would show up on the door step sooner for the left coast so it's a win-win situation.

Denver or Kansas City would work better for when they open their inevitable SoCal shop and distribution center.

If they are looking for a more Western location, Flagstaff, AZ has a 300,000 SF ex-Walgreens warehouse that is for sale.

I can run a forklift if you need help moving in.
