    You are correct about the engine! Very quiet and I usually can get three trips out of the nine gallon tank. Luckily I have been able to take it out every weekend but one since I bought it.

    Back in 1978 (I was 17 at the time) my Dad bought a '76 Sanger flatbottom...
    460c.i. big block Chevy (454 bored .030 over) with a 6:71 Mooneyham blower, two double pumper Holleys, Carillo Rods, Casale v-drive, Basset headers...



    Me wrenching on the v-drive, c. 1978 or 1979.
