Bf spray sealant question
Finally got 2 coats on today. What would be a good product to maintain it? BF synthetic spray wax? Any other product in the Blackfire line?

•If you are satisfied with the results that
BF Spray Sealant gives to your vehicle...
-then I’ll suggest to use a maintenance
product that won’t cause any changes
to occur to those satisfactory results:
-McKee’s 37 N-914 comes to mind.
(Or: Meguiar’s D114...if you happen
to have some hoarded away.)

Re: Bf spray sealant question
No maintenance product needed. Just put on some more sealant in a couple months.

It's an amazingly durable product.

Re: Bf spray sealant question
Can this be used after BF all in one as an in between protection after car wash?

Re: Bf spray sealant question
You can use it as a protection of AIO after polishing and after a wash, No problems.

Re: Bf spray sealant question
I read on amazon the sealant spray can damage microfiber towel is that true? Do you recommend a sealant spray after washing car or is it overkill if the car is properly waxed or sealed?

Re: Bf spray sealant question
Your best source of info on this product will be via this forum, the webiste, and the people at AG....
No, it will do no harm to your towels. I do recommend some form of protection after a wash rather it be a QD, spray wax, or another form of protection. It is not overkill.

Re: Bf spray sealant question
In the same boat. Got a coat of BF spray SiO2. I have synthetic spray wax as well and was going to use that weekly as my after wash or QD. Can I then put on another coat of spray SiO2 to jazz up the shine and slickness at any time or will there be any bonding issues?

Re: Bf spray sealant question
I was also thinking, McKess Si02 soap would work well here. Both products are Si02 based. This would eliminate the need for any other follow up product after a wash.
If wanting to stick to the BF line, Coating booster and their coating wash may be worth a look.
I really see no harm in using their synthetic spray wax or McKess Extender spray wax either. That is what the McKess is made for. To extend/maintain the look of any sealant/coating. But you may alter the look or performance of the BF Spray sealant.
