    Talking Hellllooo steamer.....

So I finally made a decision and bought the VX5000 steamer. After reading A TON and getting GREAT advise from everyone (espcailly B&B) I felt comfortable with getting it. It is should arrive on Monday. The other model I was considering was the Daimer 200s but after talking to them (they were super cool and knew what they were talking about) I felt that the VX5000 was the way to go/a better match for me. It had more tools, A LOT more people who have used it (which is a huge factor in my purchases on anything), and the Diamer DOES NOT HAVE HOT WATER injection. They said that in their testing it didn't really do much vs not having it. Well for $87 less and I could have it, I figured why not.

Thanks to everyone for your input! It really helped me feel comfortable in my purchase. From what I've seen B&B do, I'm sure after messing around with it, I will LOVE it and the time I'm saving.

Steamer is a great tool because it is very versatile. The steamer will complement your HP60. The steamer is a great tool to open up pores in the carpet. The mats I cleaned today, the owner said the stain was there for at least 4 years. I was able to remove all of it.

I spray apc+ and agitate it. Steamed then extracted and wipes down the mats with MF. Then went back and steamed and extracted the heavy spoiled parts.

I'm looking at the same 2 as you were: the VX5000 and the Daimer 200S. They are so close but the Daimer looks better stat-wise on paper: 310° vs 298°for the VX. Also, 75 psi for the Daimer vs 65 psi for the VX. Granted, with my Gaia, I hardly ever used the high psi setting. Who has the Daimer? I know there are a lot of satisfied VX users, which says a ton to me too obviously.
