I had the same thing happen to me.I use the 3" backing plate for my headlight restores and it stripped completely out.I contacted meguiars and the replaced it .They were really great about trying to figure out why it stripped.I have had no problems since with the new one they sent me.

    Thanks Meghan!

Two things, guys: first, thanks for all the kind words about our level of customer care, we really appreciate it. Second, and really most importantly, it should be noted that even though we do stand behind our products 100%, your first line of defense when something does go wrong is to contact the seller rather than us directly. It really is no different than, say, buying a pair of Levis and having an issue with your new jeans: do you take them back to the store where you purchased them, or do you call Levis?

Obviously if you can't get satisfaction from the seller then you can reach out to us, or if you're having an issue with a product that isn't performing the way you expect it to we're there to offer assistance. Often times in that process we'll replace a product or issue a refund for it. But do reach out to that seller first. And seriously, if you're buying from Autogeek, you can't ask for better customer service. Meghan and the rest of the team here are absolute top notch!

I'm surprised that Megs customer service didn't even bother to reply to my 2 emails about this and another issue.
