    Mighty Lite II

I am wondering if anyone has any problems with their Mighty Lite II extractor? I use it quite often but after it runs non stop for about 5-10 mins the water wont be hot anymore. I have to wait for it to heat up again. Very irritating! I let it heat up at first for about 10 mins then purge the cold water out and wait another 5 mins. Thanks

Did the 30 min warm up time fix the problem?

No. And that is pointless. Once it reaches the set temp the element shuts down which is at about 10 mins on mine. I tried it anyway and still no result. I will never buy another Mighty Lite! Was the biggest waste of 800 bucks ever. I would have gone to home depot and got a Rug Doctor for 400 if I knew the heat wasnt gona work.

If you can have it checked. The heating element or temperature control may be malfunctioning. Won't let it get hotter. I have a Aztec Hot Rod Hot Spotter. In the first month I used it the heating element went bad. I set it back to the company and they put a new one in. Has worked fine since.

Is yours the Mytee Lite II 8070? Only reason I ask is I am looking to get an extractor and that is one I looked at getting and before I shell out the big bucks I want to make sure I have a solid machine. Thanks.
    Peace,
    Jon

    JON,
I have the Aztec Hot Rod Hot Spotter. I think it is the best small, heated unit out there for the money. Especially for a mobile situation! Plenty of lift and heat! AG sells them now. Check out the store!

    Showroom Shine,
Can I get through a whole car with the Aztec without having to refill and reheat?

Yes, you can Jon. You can probably do 2. You can refill it and the water will be hot in 12 minutes. I never put any chemicals in the solution tank. Pretreat with Folex,DP,or DWG Green.
