    Bad pads or user error????

Guys/Gals, I need some help. I don't know if I may have gotten a bad pad, or it's my PC 7424, or I'm doing something wrong. This is the first time I've had this happen. My edge pads are coming apart. Below are some pics. Is it possible that I have a bad batch? Or am I doing something wrong? If they are bad, who do I go about a replacement. I bought them from the autogeek store. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    thanks

AG and Edge pads (Dedication to Detail) always have good customer service. You should contact either one of them very soon, Edge may want to see the pad for inspection of the failure ...
