What plate to buy with all the stuff I have

    Hello guys!
I have a Galax Pro polisher from Amazon.
    https://www.amazon.co.uk/GALAX-PRO-2.../dp/B07XSKKTS9

It came in with a 6" plate.
I broke on me after 10-20 hours of use, but I already have 6 pads (3 unused) from Rupes 7" inch pads for 6" plate.
That was about 100 euro, and 80 euro for the Polisher.

I can see many people recommending 5" plates for this small polishers.
What would you do? Buy a 5" inch plate and all new pads? Is it possible to use my pads in 5" plate or should I buy a 6" one?
Thing is I can't a 6" plate in Greece, with the 5/16" bolt that this tool uses.

I don't do this professionally, only on my car and motorcycle from time to time. I've had the polisher about 4 years with 10-20 hours use.

    Thanks in regards.

    Here's a 6" with a 5/16 spindle to fix yours.

Use what you have for pads.

    Amazon.com

Can't find that in Greece, and this one has 55$ shipping
