I've put the sponges in the wash with the other mf's and let them air dry. Works like a champ.

I rinse it out with the hose after I wash the car, sqeeze out the water and let air dry.

Exactly...just squeeze it under water a few times and then squeeze dry and let air dry....very simple...clean as a whistle....

The one you want to use is in the flooring dept, they have one with a scrub pad on back and the plane one also I work there we sell alot of them I bought a few today, they also carry a new product I use apc called the works, It is made by clorox eviro friendly made with natural ingredients, also a new product we carry is red max, degreaser,glass cleaner,apc to, I haven't tried them out yet.

I've always been curious about the grout sponge. I have read up on them each time I come around and I am scared to try them because I am afraid they will scratch. Some say they wont and some say they will. I would think they would as the dirt doesn't always have something to fall into the sponge while it is being dragged across the clear like with a sheepskin mitt.
I would like to see a grout sponge test one a perfectly polished black car to settle the score once and for all. Polish the car, get the car pretty dirty and then wash wth a sponge. Good pictures before and after.
