Re: Can't Find A Decent Spray Bottle Trigger
Kind of amazing that it is so hard to get a good sprayer. I hate Chemical Guys sprayers. They usually start failing before the bottle is even empty. AG should take the time to stock and sell a great sprayer. I need about 20 to start.

I purchase my sprayers at the local Janitorial supply shop. They have 2 kinds, regular ones come in 3 colors (blue, red and white) and the chemical resistant ones come in gold. They last a long time. In fact I think I have only lost one last year and it was on my Wheel Brightener bottle I think. That stuff is pure acid so it makes sense

I use tons of these.

The spray pattern is "off" on maybe 25% of them, so I pick out the good ones to use with products that need a fine and consistent spray pattern (think spray wax). The sprayers are ergonomic and last a long time.
One fun tidbit is that McKee's N-914 at 1:32 degrades the connector stem in a similar fashion to Meguiar's D120. My bottle of N-914 at 1:32 isn't yellow like the D120 bottle, but long exposure to the concoction is definitely harming it.

I source all my tolco spray heads, misc bottles and accessories from US Plastics.

I like the ones that come with the autogeek bottle. If you don't like them how about the quasar?

I'm another supporter of Tolco. I'm also a supporter of the Delta Industries (Spraymasters) sprayers. They're very high volume and they come with a five year warranty. You can find them at Home Depot too, which makes swapping them out very quick.
Another plus for the DI sprayers, the bottles are marked for dilutions so that you put the water in first instead of the product. This cuts down the ammount of foaming you get from refilling.

Interesting. I have over 20 CG bottles now and not one has failed on me yet. These the ones with the gray head, available on Amazon for around $10-$11 per 3-pack. The are even better than the industrial-strength ones made by Zep. How are yours failing?

Something about the brand Griots and being Ergonomic, I feel thats one of the traits of Griots from triggers to poolishers! Even with their polishes the cap is very useful.
Other than that, the autogeek chemical resistant gray ones have been pretty ergonomic.
Those are called Opus sprayers available at a previously mentioned supply house. Not exclusive to Griots at all.

Two ways, they leak and I have had the spray head pop apart when squeezing. This happened on both the V07 bottles and the fragrance bottles. It really aggravates me.
