Apply with fine buffing/polishing pad and then remove with clean fine buffing/polishing pad?
To remove you would use a micro fiber bonnet that fits over a foam pad. It does work, but a PITA because it loads up with wax and you need to reverse the bonnet and change frequently. I find it easier to wipe off by hand.

Thanks. I think I will be trying the machine application approach next time.

Always by hand, too much of a hassle to clean pads when you can throw a mf wax applicator away.

Hassle? I just spray the pad with a degreaser. Let it sit for 30 seconds then high pressure rinse it
    No issues

Flex with Hybrid Red Pad. Takes no time and perfect even coat.

Do you use the black finishing pads?

I just spray an apc on them and tossem in the washing machine. Machine application is way faster and assures a uniform thin coat and ease of removal along with conserving product.

I did my entire GC recently with about a teaspoon of Fuzion. I use a small putty knife to apply it to the pad.

I did a big Lexus LS460 with about 2/3 of an oz of WG 3.0.

For me it will always be machine application. I use my Rupe 75 and a 4" blue B & S pad. Before the Rupes I'd use my PC with a 3.5" bp and same pad combo.

Always done all the detailing by hand. Until one day I decided to pick up the DA from Harbor Freight. Using a white pad and Finish Kare 218 its so simple and quick to get a thin even coat and almost no time. Now ordering the Cyclo pretty soon.

A side question what pad would I use if I would want to layer waxes or sealants. Klasse Sealant Glaze is going on my Challenger and want to do 3 or 4 layers.

I'll never go back to hand waxing.
