    Unhappy Autogeek Package Arrived... Few stuff Broke =(

    Opened my Brand new package from autogeek ( Giant Package )
    and this is what I found out ....

















    Everything got Messed Up and Smells... ah...
    That's a Leather Conditioner....
    Meguairs Banner Stained.

    Should I just call Autogeek ?

    I like autogeek... I really do... I always order from autogeek...

    [ ATTENTION - This was solved... about 5 minutes after... With the help of Autogeek customer service ]

    There should be a number to call on the enclosed paperwork and also PM Meghan or Nick. Autogeek's customer service is 2nd to none and will have this squared away in a heartbeat...

    First to answer your question, I think it's really important for people to see stuff that really happens in real life... Good & Bad side while ordering online...
    Packages could break... stuff could be destroyed.

    Look how fast I got a reply from nick, I called Autogeek and They are sending me a new replacement Right away... No questions asked!!!!!
