Looking to upgrade from Gilmour foam gun to pw/foam cannon
Realistically, what's the least amount of money I can spend on a power washer (preferably electric, not gas) and foam cannon while still getting at least decent results (I want it to be a good enough upgrade over my foam gun, but doesn't have to be the best pw/cannon combo available).
Please let me know specifics regarding make & model of pw and cannon, and if any special attachments need to be purchased as well.
I don't mind ordering online or going to HD/Lowe's/Sears...
Thanks!

Wow, that's not so bad at all (and not much more than my $40 foam gun). I always thought power washers were a couple of hundred + a good foam cannon was another $100 or so.
Does the $99 HD washer and lance provide good foam (that really sticks to the car) vs. the foam gun which tends to just run off?
Thanks again!

I'll take a look for the video.
Any thoughts on which of these (Product Comparison Page) may be better (probably the $135 one that's on sale for $99)? Do I need to make sure I have a certain psi or flow rate?
Thank you again!

Hmm.. the $135 one (on sale for $99) seems only have a 20 inch hose vs. over 200 inches for the others.

I have the green wise one and the green wise foam lance from HD. Works well, foam is dependent on shampoo as well so get ready to use decent shampoo and it uses quite a bit more of it. I only use it when the car is really dirty otherwise it's a tradintional 2BM wash. Just easier to setup and I wash early in the morning anyhow.

Lowes has this model-
Shop Greenworks 1700 PSI 1.4 GPM Electric Pressure Washer at Lowes.com
For $179.99 but if you use coupon code CLEANGREEN you get $60.00 off.
The reviews are good and it is wheeled as well.
Gotta love the built in hose reel too!
Might be worth a look for $119.00

Thanks for the further info and coupon code! Some of the ones on HD get really bad reviews. I see that the Lowes one is well-liked as you mentioned.
Anybody know off-hand if the HD cannon is compatible with the Lowe's washer? Or if not, is it usually just a matter of buying a cheap connector?
