Even if you are going to polish to correct marring, on white paint using something with deep cleansing can do wonders. A paint cleanser on white paint can be dramatic. DG501 is a AIO that brings out more dirt than you thought was possible. Strong glossy sealant protection left behind.
I second this! Follow up with DG 105 and you'll have durability and white so bright it'll make your eyes hurt. Always been my go to when detailing white.
I have a 2011 BMW Z4 in Alpine white. I agree with the others about surface preparation. The more contamination you can remove, the better. I personally am not fond of wax on this car though. I prefer the paint to stay bright and clear; wax seem to give more of a soft glow that I don't like as much (although the differences are subtle). Wolfgang Sealant seems to work about as well as anything I've tried on it.
Also, if you really want to the white to pop, make sure that anything black (tires, trim, wheel wells, etc.) are *very* black. The contrast makes the white even brighter. Wolfgang Trim Sealant is great on trim.

That's whats on my Rogue.
WETS, great stuff, holds up to the harsh Florida UV rays and summer monsoon rains
