Angry Car damaged by "professional" detailers

I've decided to sell my 2008 Black Mazda 6 luxury sport and took it in to a "professional" detailer a couple of days ago to be give her the glory she deserves. Or so i though she would get. After 7 hours and 20 minutes I received my car with damaged paint from incorrect buffing by the looks, the inside was atrocious and almost untouched, polish and wax residue lined every nook and cranny and basically my grandmother could do better. I've purchased some cut and polish in hope that it may remove the swirls from the roof but before i commit i thought I'd see what you guys recommend?

Recommend? id ask for your money back and take it to someone who knows what they are doing. that's unacceptable.

    Wow !

All I can really say. I hope you had "before pics" to be able to document the "detail"

Good luck with the clean up.

Refund was flat out refused. I don't have much experience at all to be honest... thats why I went to a professional.

I would see what an attorney would charge you to just write them a letter seeking a full refund and threatening further action if they refuse.

How much did they charge you for your messed up paint? Is Cairns car wash cafe the butcher shop in question? Let the power of the Geeks shut down their phones....
