recently my trunk was replaced, & painted, & appears rotary buffed out by the Audi's dealer's collision center. I guess this is what's called hologram(s):

Instead of complaining & have them attempt to fix, I'm thinking of using:

Flex 3401 w/ LC tangerine pad & M205 for the correction, perhaps followed up with Menzerna SF4000, (not sure which pad to use with it):

Also they said no wax or sealants for at least 30 day, 12/6 should be 30 days, should I wait longer?

Does this seem reasonable approach, anything stronger would be, CG's V'series, can't remember there cutting aggressiveness Lowe or higher numbers for increases cut.

The tangerine pad with either polish would be your starting point as a test spot to see how the paint reacts.

Correct. Waiting longer won't hurt will ensure peace of mind.

I've had great luck using an LC black finishing polishing pad on a very light polish to finish Audi paint.

That is most certainly holograms. Since it's not actually audi paint now, I'd agree to start with the tangerine and m205.

I would wait 60 to 90 days before sealing or waxing. Do you have to worry about snow and salt in you part of Texas?

No snow or salt this part of Texas. Waiting is the hard part.
