Many of the better ones remain "neutral" or "natural" if you apply them correctly. 303 Aerospace Protectant and Meg's Hyper Dressing (4:1 or even 6:1 water to product) or M40 applied with a clean rag, allowed to dwell or soak in, then buffed off with a heavier microfiber (360 gsm or more) all make dashboards and trim look factory-new. I'm sure many other good products here do the same.

On the other hand, I don't know of a product that makes a factory satin or semi-gloss dash look matte matte matte. Maybe Zep Fast 505 and a wire brush? LOL
