    I use to use one of those gardening pads. Now I use knee pads from Home Depot or sometimes I use those puzzle pieces foam pads that are meant for an exercise room and put them around or along the car.

    Sweet! Even when double up the knelling pads from Lowes, they still leave a lot to be desired. It may look nice and thick but the blue foam is too soft and the green foam is too hard and neither is supportive enough:
