Looks like great way to save time but can't find good reviews.
I am thinking about ordering one and wondered if anyone here have good reason to stop me from it.
Mike and I demonstrated it live in front of 15 people at our last detailing class. This is our version of the hugely popular Nanoskin Autoscrub Mitt that's been out for several years now.
It works extremely well, and it saves you a ton of time versus a traditional clay bar.
What's a Cobra Clay Mitt?
This microfiber mitt is coated on one side with a high-tech rubber coating that quickly and effortlessly removes paint over spray, tree sap, tar, stubborn bug splatter, rail dust, industrial fall out and any other type of contaminant that plagues a daily driver from every day use. It’s important to remove the aforementioned contaminants because they will cause long term damage if not removed in a timely manner. Unlike a clay bar which must be re-kneaded after each section, or completely discarded if dropped onto the ground, the Cobra Clay Mitt can be used over and over again and if you accidentally drop it, simply rinse it off! Your vehicle’s paint will be as smooth as glass after using the Cobra Clay Mitt!
The Cobra Clay Mitt
Here's the Cobra Clay Mitt. One size has a polymerized rubber face. This is the side you use to decontaminate paint.
The other side is soft plush microfiber with a short nap.

Get one. You'll love it.
Faster than clay whether you do the decontaminating step during the washing process or like I did it in the above article after a waterless wash.
I used the Blackfire Clay Cleaner and Extender with a nylon brush to clean it multiple times and then rinsed with water in a sink. Clean one more time after I finished the decontamination step and then rinse and set some place to dry for the next use.
Here's the car I tested it out on... a 1969 Corvette
