Re: Klasse AIO--Pad?
I don't have the Klasse AIO but I do use Menzerna 3-in-1 with a Lake Country CCS white pad. I figure since its an AIO the white pad as LC states is a light cut but is a polishing pad to get that nice gloss.
I just ran this combo over my 13 Silverado and got nice results. All of the fine and most medium swirls are gone. Over all it made a nice improvement in the finish.
I tried the white CCS pad becuase of its light cut, but also its polishing ability as stated by the manufacturer and here Autogeek Buffing Pad Comparison Chart

Re: Klasse AIO--Pad?
I typically use HD Speed as my AIO so this is not specific to KAIO, but I do use the 3401 on at least part of most cars I do.
As with anything, it will be paint dependent. I use an LC white hybrid in most cases. LC Orange hybrid if it's harder paint and finishes down well. LC tangerine hydrotech if it's softer paint and marring with the white pad.

Check out the below article, it explains what type of pad you want to use.

Re: Klasse AIO--Pad?
I have never applied Klasse AIO with a machine. I usually apply it by hand to areas that I am not putting a machine. Door jambs, interior areas, under the hood, under the trunk. I use the Lake Country red applicator.

I haven't either that I can remember.
Since it's really a very light cleaner/wax and non-abrasive, it would really only be good for removing very light neglect. Anything more than light neglected I'd opt for a cleaner/wax with a little more cleaning power.
Also, anyone that is to use this product by machine be sure to do a test spot first and inspect. Make sure you're getting the results you hope and dream about before buffing out the entire car.
And for what it's worth, I would strongly recommend testing with the softest foam pad in your arsenal like I suggest in this article.

I have used Klasse AIO with my PC and I used a Meguiar's 5" yellow polishing pad (one of the new thin ones). Like Mike mentioned, my single stage paint only had light oxidation with no scratches and almost no swirls, so it came out looking good.
