Re: How To: Sonax Polymer Net Shield Paint & Wheels
ONR should be ok, but BSD would be my first choice:

Still beading strong ... PNS/BSD is the ticket

This product still has my attention. Looks like a must have sealant. And with your application method, this look's EASY!

This application method is still my go to for SPNS.

Re: How To: Sonax Polymer Net Shield Paint & Wheels
Everyone talks about the grabby feeling of this sealant. With that said, how does that grabbiness affect the removal of bugs from the front end of the vehicle? Do bugs "stick" to the PNS, or are they easy to remove? Does the PNS stand up to bugs, or do bugs remove it? All I've seen mentioned in regards to PNS is beading and sheeting, but nothing about bug removal or how long it lasts when bugs or bird dropping sit on it for a while.

I have it on my side mirrors and front of the hood, bugs wipe off easy and the grabbing is only on application. After that the panel is slick

I have a can on the way right now. I'm curious though. If the application is mostly similar to that of a coating, then why not just use a coating and get better longevity?

For me, I wasn't comfortable going right into a coating. The PNS offers great longevity and is more forgiving.

The application is basically the same as a wax, apply let sit for a sec and remove, but no stress of high stops like that if a coating and then removal with a polish if u mess up
