Please help rank the cutting abilities of 3 Meg's products

I need help determining which of the three Meg's products provides the most "cutting" ability. I've used 09 and UC on a couple of my DD's and that took care of most(not all) of the swirl marks. Does the Scratch X have the most cutting ability of the three or do I need to look at an even more aggressive product?

I'm using the PC 7424 XP with orange LC 5.5 flat pads. A newbie trying to improve my skills. Thanks in advance!

Ultimate Compound is the most aggressive of those. #9 has very little cut.
